Points Question for 68 340 engine

I went to NAPA to get two sets of points for my stock 1968 340ci engine. They gave me NAPA p/n CS720P. My mechanic looked at these and told me they are incorrect and are made for a distributor that runs the opposite direction. Hmmm.Can anyone tell me where you get your points and what p/n they are?

According to the NAPA website that is the correct part number for a dual point dist. Is yours a dual point or single point? That might be the difference. Single point dist uses a CS851. Are you sure your mechcanic knows the dist turns clockwise?
