politcal forum

I think that for the most part, all of us here that are on this site are pretty much a down to earth bunch of guys and I think that if the main focus of the site remains A bodies for the most part then I think we'll be okay. Like it was said earlier, nobody here is going to alter or change anybody firm beliefs when it comes to politics so don't waste a lot of energy trying. I'm sure anyone of us could be drawn into a verbal debate when it comes to the crap that politicians put out there. Basically we all have that one big thing in common and that's our love for the early A body Mopars and if anything, I think politicians could probably take a lesson from us on how to help one another achieve a common goal by working together and sharing the knowledge.

Let's don't let our opinions on politics get in the way of the fun we have here. There's enough people in Washington already trying to take away the fun we all are sharing with these cars as it is so if we want a real good topic to discuss concerning politics, that would be a real good one for this site.

Hey the weather is starting to break so let's get out there and have a great time driving our cars!

I'm a member of a cigar website and am a member of the political forum. Such a forum requires high standards and what some would call heavy handed moderation. Discussions are often heated and members need thick skin. My hat's off to anyone who moderates such a forum.

I'm indifferent as to wether FABO has a political forum.

as much as i am for freedom of speech, i think this is not a place for political debate, if you feel the need to discuss politics, go to a political forum, or start your own, its not that hard. I am sure people like Adam and Joey can help someone set up a new forum to discuss the issues that might not be the best idea to be brought up in this type of forum setting.
This is my .02 cents.
