Poly bushings install on rear leaf springs

Hi,

Is it correct that you have to remove outer metal sleeves when installing energy suspentsion poly busings on Ply Valiant rear leaf springs.

Is there outer metal sleeve used only in the main eye (if this is the right term for the front bushing hole) or is there one in the rear eye/hole also ?

Yes, you have to remove the sleeve - but it comes out with the rubber. If you have the typical jack screw/pipe fitting arrangement it's cake. A press would also work fine.

There aren't any sleeves at all in the back.
