Rad and shroud wer completely packaged in styrofoam. Packing was very good, when the box came it looked like they dropped it from each truck to ground until it got here. Even the UPS Damage inspector said it was packaged properly.
I got the cost of the piece back except for UPS charges , so still out $80.00.
