Possible New Car Purchase

I plan on taking a look at a 70 Dart Swinger but before I get there can someone tell me where to problem rust areas are on these A bodies.

Common problems but almost unavoidable are:

Rust in the bottom of rear quarters
Rust in spare tire well
Rust in rear quarter to trunk floor extensions
Rust in interior floor pans

A little less common but repairable:

Rust in bottom of front fender
Rust in top of front fender (above tire)
Rust in bottom of doors
Rust in sill panels, below doors.

Serious rust problems, these can be repaired but at considerable PIA factor:

Rust in rear window channels
Rust in lower front window channels
Rust in Rear frame rails
Rust in torsion bar mounts

If you are not an experienced Mopar guy, I would definately take someone along with you to check out the car.

This is only my 3rd post on this forum and the 1st attachment so I hope it works. Picked this little beauty up last week and am quite excited. Serious rust around all 4 fenders and some under the hood but chrome, glass and trim all in order. I can do most of the mechanical and interior my self but will have to have assistance with the body work, but maybe by that time my son will be able to take a auto body class in highschool and what a beauty project for him.
