I wasn't sure where to go with this one but I am possibly going to relocate to the phoenix area from Los Angeles, I was wondering what the emissions law and testing is like there?
I know 1975 and older are exempt in California and saw on the Mopars of AZ website that in 2014 they moved it up to 1974 but on the DMV website for the phoenix area it specifies 1966 and older.
My daily driver is a 1972 Duster that was originally a slant six is now a hopped up 360 and is now #.55 sure grip so nowhere near stock.
What is the testing like and how can i use it everyday still while not having to keep it registered in california ( if thats even possible)?
