So I go down to the river dike to eat a burger and watch the birds. There's this little brat (the serene looking thing in pink) who either threw or lost some little ribbon about 2 ft out in the river. Lordie she whined and bawled until "Daddy" took off his shoes and waded out and retrieved it. I'd 'a tossed 'er in there bodily.
