power to manual steering swap

i have a manual box i just need the steering shaft.

years ago i used one of those power to manual couplings on my cornet didnt really care for it. has anyone used flaming river shaft on there a body?http://www.manciniracing.com/mocokitma.html

or any other suggestions?

I used the flaming river shaft on my conversion. It's been working great for several years now.
