Power windows

Anyone converted to power windows on there car? If so how did you do it?
I am thinking about doing it on my 71 Swinger (2 door HT)

There's a few web sites offering power window conversion kits. They are a pretty straight forward installation.
I used a universal installation kit on a Willys I had. It was an easy install. Howard

I think the Paddock carries a kit for that too. I don`t know if you just replace the regulator and add a motor or what. It can`t be too hard, there`s just not that much there.

I am working on installation of a 4 window set from XV, I did a search for a picture of how the hole window parts actually get placed back in. Cant seam to picture the over all lay out from the memory banks from September!! May have something to do with my earlier years! Anyway anyone have a pic or schematic of how it should look? Hope to have this complete this week. I will let you know of any snags/problems. I did realize that I need a couple plastic rollers, I did see the post on RT Specialists, I will call them.

XV only has a listing untill 70. Would there be any thing different from a 70 to a 71 or would the 70 work.
