PPG is what mopar used at the factory....
Omni is a lower grade production paint. Dupont is no longer, Axalta or something now. I like the Axalta. There top of the line clear is super. Axalta is a 2 part paint, paint and catalyst/reducer. They also have a production paint, can't remember the name, Nason?, don't use it either. The clear gradually yellows. Had their good clear on my plane and miss taped an inspection cover, it was white. Used the production clear on it because I was out of the good clear. The cover yellowed in 5 yrs, glad that it was under a wing so that I didn't have to look at. Paint ain't cheap. Seems like that good clear back then was $750. a gallon. That was in 2002. Just use a top of the line paint, no production stuff and don't cross cross brands.

How much did it take? I assume you did the engine bay and trunk area too? I'd guess 2 gallons??
I find the cheaper base Coates too grainy.

I'd have to check but I'm guessing a little more than two gallons... Also did the underside base and clearcoat.
