Press on or Floating Pistons

What is best to use? Floating pistons or pressed on? I have a set of 340 bushed rods or do I reuse my press fit 318 rods? Whats the main difference between them?

Ease of assembly with the floating pin. Pressed pins are generally meant for lower RPM's.
