Im missing one bolt and don't feel like climbing under the car and taking one out Are they 3/8-16?

yes, that's correct thread size

Yes, but they are a special shoulder bolt which locates the pressure plate on the flyweel.

Anyone know were I can get just one bolt ? Arp doesnt have them listed and the Mopar Performance kit doesnt have the shoulders on them and is $35 anyways.

The Ace hardware near me has all kinds of bins, with special bolts, even automotive, but you have to look.
