Prestolite Dual point small block distributor

Any one interested in a dual point distributor? I was going to use it for the formula s, but haven't and don't think I will. It seems to be in good shape. The guy I bought it from had it rebuilt, but didn't know it was for a small block. Had was going to put it in a 440...So anyway I got it from him, put it on the 273. The motor runs fine until the vac advance hose gets plugged in..Then it just dies immediately. I don't know enough about distributors much less the dual point set up to be able to figure this out. I went with electronic ignition kit.
So the pn for this piece is...2444853 Prestolite.
I paid $100 for it, but make an offer..Shipping would be from cincinnati. 45215 Probably 15 bucks or so. I take paypal.

Looks like its for a 65 273 a body both auto and manual. Sorry to jump in, just thought I would throw in what I found. Im looking for 2875782 or 2875783

Yep..I bought it for my 65 formula s. Previous owner had put a single point dist. in there. Don't know why, and I didn't know it when I bought the car.
