Primer problem

Larry (superdart360) wanted to get his dart all in primer he sanded then applied primer the following picture shows what happened in some areas.
The dart had some primer on it and most of the bad areas are in locations that had the black primer on it. Anyone have any idea what we need to do to fix this?

My best guess, the 2 paints had a chemical reaction.... (non-compatable)

The fix... Sand it (or paint stripper) all back to bare metal and reprime. :sad1:

yup, must have had spray can primer on it, wasnt compartible with the primer he used over it.
