Problem Solved: Hellwig Sway Bar on an Early A....problem

My instruction pics shows vertical also but there’s no way it can. Right now with the 3 1/2 center link it’s not hitting but like I said he’s sending a 4 1/2 so I can see how it will look just below the LCA. That will definitely clear everything.

Ok good luck

So how did you make out with the new part?

I haven’t installed it yet. Was trying to get interior done. But that extra inch should put it right where it needs to clear everything and arm will be parallel with the ground.

Looking great. I’m still dealing with Kevin from Hellwig. I have small spots of interference, a bit of grinding to resolve but the angle of the endlinks is too much so I may take the bar to a suspension specialist and ask them about bending the bar to get the eyelets closer to the k member and away from the tires a bit. And this would make those end links go almost vertical.
