I'm sure at some point or another we all have, or will run across those trim screws that just don't want to move.
Well, the other day I found a way to get those stubborn little mothers out when they are glued in with rust or 40 year old undercoating.
I used a pair of Vise Grips and put the top jaw on the screw tip and a 3/8 box end over the screw head and clamped the Vise Grips down so it pops the little sucker loose.
After that they can be unscrewed with the screwdriver.
Works great.
The first one I tried with the screwdriver would NOT come loose even as I ripped the screwdriver slots right out of the screw head.
