OK I've started to paint my 74 Scamp on the "CHEAP" I'm doing the entire top of the Scamp Hot Rod Black,Now what color do I paint the lower section on the "CHEAP"Look at this website http://www.paintforcars.com/

Dark Cherry Metallic or Merlot Metallic

OK I've made a decision the Scamp will be Merlot Metallic on the bottom and hot rod black on top with a gunmetal gray pinstripe separating the two

Well a quick paint on the entire body to get a feel for how the 74 scamp will be done next winter I received the merlot metallic paint and for now I'm going to paint the raised part of the hood with the merlot.This is the way the scamp will be for the summer "I THINK"My final goals for the Scamp is to be different and have the looks of muscle but have economy and do it on the "CHEAP".I'll be getting a dual snorkel scoop from AFN and either play with the /6 or go 318.This all started with having to replace the passenger side quarter panel.
