Anyone ever mount a Wilwood adjustable prop valve laying flat on top of the driver's side frame connector?
This would be behind the torsion bar cross member in the space between the floor pan and the top of the frame connector tube with the adjustment knob hanging over the side. There is a couple inches of space, kinda right under the bracket that hangs down from the floor with a brake line clip.
I have a small 'L' brakcet I can mount the valve to with the mounting hole bolted to the side of the connector tube. No way to drill holes in the top of the connector, would have to mount the valve to the connector then install the bracket.
My only uncertainty would be about chassis flex in that area but theoretically the frame connectors are supposed to eliminate that.
Brake lines essentially follow the factory routing.
Hope that makes sense. Thanks for any input.
