Proportioning valve hook up

I'm a week or so away from completing a disc brake conversion to my dart. I have not been able to find a diagram of the lines going into the proportioning valve. I've attached a pic of a valve with the lines hooked up and was hoping some one can identify which line is which.

Plain lines are from the master cylinder( top line is front brakes, lower front is for the rear brakes). Upper lines with the shielding go to the left and right front wheels, lower back line goes to the rear brakes. The switch in the middle of the combination valve is for the brake light in the dash.
