Cheap U-joints are seizing up and are tight. It won't be long now and they will be getting loose and then the drive shaft will be doing damage when it falls out. Pull the shaft and check the joints would be the first thing to look at .
i updated the thread, it was missing the counter weight on the converter due to it being externally balanced. but thanks for your input
