Pump it down

anyone whos done this to there PS pump whats the average thickness of the shims you use.. pump is on a 340

it also says to use a gauge to check pressure. if your shooting in the dark you can use a washer of .062 to start out with.. but I want to see what everyone one else has to get an average. cause I got something that's .077 in thickness like the article but I can also make it thinner if needed
