Pump to tank line

Started adding up my wish list and have found that I need to trim it down some to meet my budget. the front to rear fuel line is one thing I am thinking of reusing. Is it possible to remove this line without destroying it? Or should I leave it in and just leat them paint over it?

I removed mine without damage. Just take your time. I have a Duster by the way.

got it off with very few problems, pulled passenger side wheel so I could swing it out to the side, and had to tweak it a little to pull it through the crossmemeber support(or whatever the part of the frame is that it runs through). Yay, one less new part I have to buy!
