If you aint feeling it yeah pass. Thats a lot of messed up stuff you listed out. Sounds like really poor workmanship which makes me think a whole bunch of other stuff you may not have caught is messed up too.....

You should go look at the white one in FL I posted.
Looks super clean in the pics with attention to detail.
Might be original paint.
