removed this cam from my 73 dodge dart sport 340 . only numbers i could find on the end of shaft stamped 230843 next # cast 1136 l2 need help to identify thanks

You could measure it with a caliper or micrometer to get the lift. Make a degree wheel and spin it on v-blocks to determine the timing events with a cheap dial indicator. I doubt the numbers will come up with much. Hydraulic or solid lifters?

Yep, best bet is lobe lift if lobes are not too badly worn.
