push rod for two stage

found the thread for the two stage mastercylinder swap but no answer for the push rod,or how to seperate the old rod from the piston. any one have idea?

You guys make too much out of this.
remove MC nuts and pull MC off of the studs so they are NOT lined up with the holes in the MC.
Go inside the car and pull back on the brake pedal.
Rod comes out.
