OEM are both 5/16". You get into bigger diameters and thicker walls for performance builds.
Most will get by with 5/16". I forgot what the wall thickness is in OEM pushrods, but performance pushrods tend to be around .080" & up. Best to check with the cam or pushrod manufacturer because the required specs will mainly depend on spring pressures and length.
