I am going to put a set of 273 adjustable rockers on my 70 318. I have a comp 260 hydraulic ft cam in it. I would like to get a pushrod checking tool to get it right. Looking for suggestions
on getting the right tool.
Thanks

You can make your own out of an old pushrod.

Smith Brothers makes an inexpensive one.

Google B3 racing engines and talk to him about geometry.

Smith brothers pushrods will send you the checker, then you send it back
they make your pushrods
Manton pushrods is closer to you, they may also do the same

Or you can buy them from Summit, jegs, mancini, etc

I bought a pair of each for small block, big block, to make setting up valve train easier.

Like dragin said about having a pair...
I use Compcam Hi-tech length checkers, each turn is .05 change in length. The lengths are accurate...send the dimension to Smith Brothers.
