QA1 K-Member and Greasable LCA Pivots?

Anyone running a QA1 K-Member with Factory Lower Control Arms with Greasable Pivot Shafts? Who's Pivot shafts fit the QA1 K?
I just found that the Proforged 120-10003 Pivots do not fit through the holes in the QA1 K-Member. The shafts are too thick where they taper and get thicker. The stock pivot shafts only taper at the base.
My stock non Greasable Shafts fit fine. The pictures of the Hotchkis and PST Pivot shafts look the same to me...
I don't have a lathe or I could turn them down. I may just end up using the originals with the urethane. The originals with the inner bushing shell still on them fit the urethane nicely. Same diameter as the greasable.

Firm Feel Greasable look like this. I may call FF and ask them for all the dimensions to compare with the stock pivots. They appear to have a slight taper too.

I just installed the ProForged ones in my stock K. They fit fine. I would call QA-1 and find out what they designed it around. You could have a bogus K or bad pivots.

My stock pivots fit into the QA1 K just fine.
The Proforged fit into my stock K just fine.
 

Talked to Tech Support at QA1.
Suggested they make the passage way for the pivot a little larger. He said he would write it up and pass it on.
Appears that the hole way designed based on the Stock Pivot not the Stock K-Member hole that the pivot goes into.

Also talked to Dennis at Firm Feel. He said their Pivots are larger than the stock Pivot Diameter too.

Haven't decided on what will be the final answer...
Going to Carlisle and will talk to some peeps. Thought about taking a couple of pivots with me but I don't want to check any bags and don't want to put them in my carry on.
Might draw a little attention...
 
Picked up my narrowed 8-3/4 housing and got the LCA pivots turned down to fit.

Now they fit better than the original factory Pivots. :thumbsup:
