While waiting for new panel to show up, Iim removing old panel. Everything is staight foreward until I get to the side panel to roof seam. Ive removed the led but it looks like the edge that runs along the drip rail 90's back into the body. Any suggestions

Yes, that is a tough spot. The drip rail went on last, so it is over the quarter panel there. Drill out the spot welds down to the corner, or slice it off with a .045 wheel and reattach to the new quarter as needed. A good bit of effort is needed there.

I did both sides on my B body. The panel 90s back and is pinched between the drip rail and the roof support on the inside. It’s a pretty tricky area to get out. It took quite a bit of spot well drilling from the drip rail and manipulating of the roof panel to get it loose. I still have to replace a section of my roof panel as well.

No it looks like its cut but I have the flange edge bent up . Trying to work metal out from underneath. Not cutting anymore then I have to.
