Quarter Panel Question

Greetings!
I’m removing my right side quarter to replace with a whole panel and need to know if the braces I’m pointing to in the pics are part of the quarter or no?
I don’t have my new quarter in yet for reference. Help please.

I figured it out. It’s a “stress bracket” for the quarter. The quarter is spot welded to it and the bracket is spot welded to the underside of the roof rail. Man removing a whole quarter is work! Got it done except for a bit on the sail panel. Took me about 6 hours though! Pics
