quarter panel replacement

Well I'm getting myself ready to tear into the body on my new scamp, I went out and purches a new compressor, air tools, paint equipment, and a welder. I'm thinking it may be easier for me to just replace my entire quarter panel but I have never done anything like that before, I have a few years of welding experiance but I'm not sure how to go about cutting it and making sure it all lines up. Any input?
