I didn't realize that that part was not made. I could make that part fairly easy. Or better yet. Ship one of these to somebody in the US. 1970-1971 Plymouth Duster Parts | MM1182A | 1970-71 Mopar A-Body Replacement partial Quarter Panel Skin; RH | Classic Industries Have them cut what you need and ship (cheaper). I'd do it for you.

Check getallparts.com they are goodmark if they have it but you just need a piece. They will be fine and shipping is ULTRA cheap. $12 for mine.
