Question about 71 Dart Swinger

Did any original 71 340 Dart Swingers come with a flat body color hood and no twin scoops? There is a guy in my area selling what he is calling an original 340 car but it is optioned VERY similar to my 71 Dart Swinger 318/904/7.25 car. Just curious, I'm going to look at the car tonight so I will get on here and decode the VIN.

No 340 Swingers in the US for 71. Their were some made in Canada. It would have the scoops but no black out.
