Question about Factory Adjustable Rockers

I'm thinking about using the factory adjustable rockers, for now anyway. I was looking at the adjusters and there is no lock nut. Seems that they are tapered so that they get tighter as you screw them in. Are these sufficient or should I get some of the Crane locking adjusters for $50 from Mancini? I'm using a 507/510 Comp cam. Thanks.

i've been running 273 adjustables on my 340 for years. with hyd. lifters.i've had a couple of them back off but i pay attention to them and made the adjustment b4 they got too bad. i use red loctite on them and they are working just fine.

I used the ones from mancini and i am happy with them.They worked good.
