Question about offset of original 13" wheels, SBP

Can anyone tell me the offset of the original 13" steel wheels that were on a 66 Dart. I know the wheels were 5" wide with a 5x4 bolt pattern and an backspacing of (i think) 3.5". What I can't find anywhere is what offset the wheels have.
