I am selling my cop wheels and I got a call from a man with a 1970 Challenger, he says he measures 4 1/4 on the Challenger wheels is this possible?

Yes, but that's because you can't measure straight across on a 5 bolt pattern. I'd bet money his car is 5 x4.5", just like the cop rims. He's just measuring it wrong...
