Question on 74 Duster driver mirror

Because the Duster does not have a wing window that allows the shorter cable to be used. The entire window on the Duster rolls down making the path from the remote to the mirror longer in order to go outside the glass travel path.

i'm looking at a new mirror as well, don't mean to hi-jack. How long does the cable need to be and which mirror being sold (yearone, Classic, etc.) would be the correct one to purchase? For a 74 Duster, Thanks.
 
Found the mirror that will work from Restoration Parts Source, P/N:MP-160A-LHCR-PGC-1515, $205.00, long cable
