Questions about my windows.

Hi. I have a few questions.
First, I'm installing my front and rear windows in my Demon. I can't tell which way to position the steel clips. You can't tell by looking which way is top/bottom of clip.
Second, there are holes inside the track on the top, but none on the bottom. Can holes be drilled in the bottom to match where the clips are to be put?

And third I have an old Demon inner door that I want to remove the Demon insignia before I junk it. How do you remove one of these?

The raised part of the clip faces the outside . That's so the stainless trim will snap in . Tip: put some urethane sealant under the screw to avoid leaks .
