I would try that one.
The selections in forged will probably bring the compression up a little higher than it sounds like you want.

Have the heads milled to 65cc and get 9.2:1, or 62cc and get 9.5:1.
I would try for 9.5:1 and use a mild cam for strong low-mid torque.

Only way to know for sure is to have them CC'd. They will all vary a small amount, plus you never know, they may have been milled previously. It doesn't cost much to be sure.
