Will probably be cheaper to buy a Ritter block with those same specs, the blocks have been revised multiple times from my understanding with the help of Brett Miller and last I heard could be had in the low three thousand dollar range but obviously an inquiry to Ritter would be the final say on that. Brett Miller could probably also shed insight i'm guessing on current pricing and any questions you might have concerning the Ritter blocks as he has built quite a few over the last few years.
