Race weekend - good times

Got to go to a 2 day race at Cedar Falls Raceway , man Im tired...(long drive) .....this whiskey/coke is going down smooth..........

Sat. i lost 1st round with a 6.93 on a 6.93 .033 rt .

yikes -everyone was ON that day. Decided to save buyback $ for sunday.



Sunday-- I went to the semi-final , then had an unacceptable rt..... i blew it there, the other guy had a .075 ... :angry7:




anyways--the final was a pro car vs a super pro car , 69 Fury vs a 69 RR .

The RR took it-- the guy won both days--the whole deal-- $4000 in his pocket.

At least it was a mopar

A buddy of mine has been racing up at Pacific Junction Iowa. Don't think that is very far from you.

2 hours or so drive ,--its 1/8 mile and they never seem to have regular pro/sp bracket type days--its always some street crap , ricer , bike day , Oldsmobuick Day , etc.....
