I have one Simpson 5 point Y harness with buckle. Part #29070-Y, it is brand new in the box. It does have the two brackets for the lap belt hooks to clip into to mount to the floor.

It would be a good unit for a roundy round car, jeep/truck for off road or for your car if you race that doesn't "require" the belt.
