rack and pinion steering

My car came with rack and pinion steering.its not installed,Idont know anything about it.anyone have pics and info?nice pics with engine/trans out.the guy told me car has direct k member? Im new at this so im open to all.thanks.there is no motor mounts either came with engine plates.front and the one betwen eng.trans.

My race car has the K frame cut out like that except it still has the stock steering. I can't see but are there motor plate mounting tabs on the frame rails? You gonna run coil over shocks?

The front is weird.it has square tubing where the struts went.and has square tubing from one spindle to the other.the motor plates havent been fit yet still gotta trim and install.

you'll need coil-over shocks and for keeping most of your hair put the stock steering back in it.
