Rad support to k frame brace position

On the radiator support to k frame brace does it go on top of the support and k frame as pictured or the underside.The body shop put it on the top side. When I put the radiator in it was resting on the brace.

On the bottom, tapered end towards the front.

The front most bolt is a carriage bolt (very thin square section compared to a standard carriage bolt)

The rear bolt is a standard bolt

Agree, the OP's is upside down and backwards.
