I was able to scorescore a radiator that the part number says it fits a 1985 chrysler fifth avenue. This radiator directly bolts into my 67 cuda rad support using the original supports threaded holes with no modifications. The filler neck top sits 1&1/2 inches above the radiator support top flange. Does this sit to high. My car is totally dissassembled for its resto, just curious if it sits too high at the top for me to use.
The other question is , if this radiator works, did chrysler make a heavy duty version of it for police/taxi use with a 3 or 4 row core. The one i have is a 2 row core, and is sufficient for a stock 318 since this is what an 85 fifth ave would have had anyways.
