Radio 1973 Dart

Hi Guys,
Putting my dash back together and have a question. When installing the radio, where does the support bracket that connects to the back of the radio connect to? Probably a simple question, but mine didn't have a radio or bracket when I got it so I am not sure what it bolts to. Thanks!

Mine connected to the bottom lip of the dash frame. I also had to find both pieces and went through a couple until I got the right ones.

Mine connected to one of the bolts holding the dash defroster vents in place.

Yes you are correct, I'm sorry. It does go down to the bottom lip of the dash like 73 hcode said.
