Radio block off plate measurements?

My car is out of state and I am making a black plastic block off plate- can someone give me the dimensions for a Duster?

This may be a simpler option, I use one and while it's really just about a $2 part, it's worth the cost to relieve aggravation. Attaches with some tinnerman nuts on smooth plastic studs through back, I used a couple of fender washers from back to help hold it in place.
