I forgot to take a finished picture, but I know the Wife did. I crank on all 4 burners, then play until I get 400 /420F. Outer burners on, inner 2 pretty much off. 3 pound chicken about 75 to 80 minutes and stick a temp probe in 170/180f.Sincerely hope you have better luck with this than I!
