Reading a code on build sheet

Trying to determine what specific wheel covers or hub caps came on my 69 swinger from the factory. I believe it came with the full wheel cover but not the mag style. Anyway the code is 64 on the B.S. I believe the cover in the middle is the correct style ?? Thanks for any help.

the 64 is 2881764 which is W-11

If you look at the W codes at the bottom of the broadcast sheet it should be 11
