I am going to look at a motor that is currently on an engine stand at the builders shop. What types of questions should I ask to ensure everything is up to par? The cam is already broken in.

Here is the ad for the motor:
"Fresh carb to pan 360 + .040. flat top pistons. Balanced rotating assy. Fel Pro gaskets. Comp 480 hyd. cam. Ported big valve steel heads all new. ARP fasteners. Melling HV pump. Gasket matched Eddy Air Gap with new Eddy 600cfm carb. New fuel pump, water pump, plugs. Recurved MoPar elect.dist. Tested on engine stand and broken in with Lucas additive. Ready to bolt in and run. Thant is for a complete oil pan to air gap intake engine
